Since April 2015 Partner-Director of the Consultancy Division of the OMD Consulting Group.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, I help companies to attract, motivate, develop and retain the talent they need to achieve their goals, through a set of aligned and coherent human resources practices and processes. After five years as the Corporate Director of Development of the FCC Group, building from the ground up all human development processes and the corporate university, I have a solid knowledge of human resources, international profile (functional responsibility over 50 countries), analytical skills and Digital, and learning agility.As the Corporate Director of Development of the FCC Group, in direct dependence of the Corporate Director of Human Resources, we design from scratch, we implant and manage all the processes of human resources related to:
- Development of people (skills model, professional itineraries, capacity evaluation, performance evaluation, talent maps, identification of high potential, succession plans, people planning, individual development plans 70:20:10, etc.)
- Main achievements: The skills model (knowledge, skills and experience) was defined for the FCC Group posts, and career paths for technical and management career. More than 2,100 employees (managers and managers) evaluated (capabilities and performance), located on 9 grid boxes, and defined individual development plans. 256 high potentials for identified and managed management positions, and defined succession plans for all key positions. The deployment of these processes to individual contributors was managed by HR Business Partners, under my supervision, following the same corporate policies, processes and tools.
- Training: training programs (new training model such as Corporate University, with corporate schools, technical schools and management schools), and informal training (2.0 knowledge management communities).
- Main achievements: New Corporate University, with more than 600,000 hours of training, 57,000 attendees, 10 million euros in investment in training, 30% face-to-face training, 40% blended training and 30% online training.
Prior to my appointment as Corporate Development Director of the FCC Group, I have held different HR positions in the area of infrastructure of the FCC Group, leading up to that time the direction of processes and training. Finally, I have led the transformation of the support functions of the FCC Group into internal service rendering units to ensure the value added to the Company through more agile, fast and simple processes, reducing the foci of inefficiency.
