Affordable, you only pay what you sign up for each year (SaaS)
The cost of the annual subscription for use of each of the modules is determined each year by the Client, depending on the modules that they wish to sign up for and their use of them.
As the purchase of a one-off licence is not required, what was once a major investment that had to be settled as a one-off payment (CAPEX, or “Capital Expenditure”) is turned into an operating expense that is deductible each financial year (OPEX, or “Operational Expenditure”), is paid over time and as it is used.
The costs of the Platform are therefore structured according to the following framework:
- By Job: in the Job Evaluation (JET) module, the users pay for the number of jobs “drawn” in the Organisational Structure. There is an annual cost per job, which may increase or decrease each year, depending on the number of jobs there are. From €24 per job/year, depending on the total number of jobs signed up for!
- By Person: in the Skills Evaluation (CPT), Goals (PMT) and Salary Review (SRT) modules, the users pay according to the number of people in the database. There is an annual cost per person, which may increase or decrease each year, depending on the number of people there are. From €10 per job/year, depending on the total number of people signed up for per module!
