Key HR Management Processes

The OMD Platform has all the modules necessary for Professional People Management, and Professional Management of both the Organisation and Development Processes and the Remuneration and Benefits Processes:

  • At the JOB level: organisational structure design; job description and evaluation, definition of the requirements for each of them; identify potential candidates for a position; job map, market position and salary structure (salary levels and ranges), to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness; definition of the remuneration policy; customised matrices (criteria for both fixed and variable increases), and control of the total payroll.
  • At the PERSON level: skills evaluation; identification of suitability level both in relation to their current job and to future positions; training action inventory, linking them to the requirements of each job; definition and evaluation of goals; evaluation calibration process, and salary review.
