Distribution of Roles in Process Management

For the purpose of distributing responsibilities, specific permissions can be granted very easily and with great flexibility, both for the Processes (modules), and for each of the parts, either of the Organisational Structure (Jobs), or People:

  • Management of each Process by a Human Resources Department:  allows different administrator roles to be defined, to distribute the management of the processes among different HR professionals.
  • Involvement of Business Professionals: both executives and professionals can have permissions to manage one or several processes.
