Real Integration of all the processes and  Managed data

The Platform’s structure has been developed in such a way that all the Key Processes that are managed through it are fully integrated. This means that:

  • There is one Organisational Structure and one People database:  all the modules will use the same information, both at the job and person level.
  • Interconnection of each module’s information: the outputs from each of the Processes (modules) can be used in the other modules, whenever necessary. (For example, the results of the JET Job Evaluation are used in the CPT and in the PMT to establish cuts and segment the population according to its organisational levels, and in the SRT to calculate each person’s Compa-ratio, depending on their salary and the range defined for their organisational level).
