Rate the Professional and Personal skills and see the projection in Organizational Levels.


To value the professional and personal skills and to visualize by means of a color code the professional projection in the different organizational levels of the Company, with the objective of preparing an Individual Development Plan in the short-medium term.


  •     Skills Assessment

Allow the collaborators to fill out a questionnaire with the assessment of skills to know their professional training.


  •     Reports

Know the skills that constitute Opportunities or Strengths of your employees, know if the assessments of their skills meet the requirements to level up, from contributor to manager or from manager to executive, and know what leadership skills they have.


  •     Individual Development Plan

Define, for each employee, a plan of individual development in the short and medium term with the aim of turning opportunities into strengths.
