To be able to respond to specific requirements of jobs and have the possibility to opt for the offered job position.
It allows to offer jobs and that the employees can fill out a questionnaire with the requirements that are needed, this is done to make a preliminary screening of candidates and that employees can meet and self-evaluate to get a new job.
Create job offers defining economic aspects, responsibilities and competencies of the job site, as well as their mandatory or desirable requirements.

Allow employees to access the requirements required for the position and fill out the requirements questionnaire.
Know at all times which employees have filled out the questionnaire and opted for the position. Follow up on those selected as candidates, finalists and whether they have been offered an offer and whether they have accepted it or not.
